I gave birth to my first child at HMC back in February and I could not have been happier with the care I received. The staff there was so attentive, caring, and comforting during my time time. I had some complications and they made me feel safe and secure in their care. Even the food was pretty impressive for hospital food. Thank you to the midwives, nurses, and pediatrician for taking such wonderful are of me and my son!

HMC has been my main provider for many years. Never got anything but respectful, responsive, proactive care. Very grateful for the staff, the teamwork, the culture of healing.

I walked in suffering from a kidney stone and was taken right away. It is a very streamlined system and the nurses were very kind and attentive. They can get very busy and you have to be patient.

This Hospital has been undergoing a lot of upgrades. I haven't been there in a while but I've always had very good service here. The doctors are some of the best in the area and the staff are well trained to give the best care. Skip Bay State Hospital and come here for a much better experience.

Been here many times. I used to visit the pediatric physicians here during my childhood. After moving back and forth for many years, I've been seeing these doctors for nearly 9-10 years, then I started doing all of my medical business in the Worcester area. As of late 2017, I am currently living in Chicopee. Also, I nearly sliced my middle finger off due to a power tool accident. These guys, the nurses, PAs and such healed me and stopped the bleeding, but unfortunately I was charged about $2,700 for something little and it was only 4 hours of waiting in the Triage to stop the bleeding along with providing simple medication? The healthcare system is a total scham.

I have no complaints as the care that is given is five stars. I only rate as four stars because of the treatment of a CNA that was witnessed by me and my wife. Nobody should be put down for asking a legitimate question. If you are a nurse and are asked a simple question don't be pompus to your fellow workers and put them down. I am sure you were in the same position at one time or another.

I spent a few weeks in the psyche ward up on the top floors where I could see my home from the window at the end of the hall. Very hospice with many young females being employed on main floor. Many workshop services available for boosting awareness. I took a AA class (even though I don't drink) the teacher had some caffeine coffee he was sharing. I took some. Their was a art room, and it was in general a very friendly enjoyable experience. Between 2 meals a day, a few free cigarettes a day, the classes, stress free because your stuck on that floor without internet which is surprisingly efficient at making you look at your own life in a different perspective. I made many friends, and learned that just because you've seen a couple a things, heard a couple of things, been through a couple of things in order to get put in there, that many if not most of the people I met in there, I would speak to again. If I could, I would live there because of the solace and peace of mind I get.

I want to thank Holyoke Medical Center for having William Simon,P.A in there emergency room he is truly an angel. I was miserable for a few days before I decided to just take myself to the ER (last night) because the medications that were given to me by my own care provider weren't helping. He examined me and his diagnosis was "bronchitis." He decided on putting me on a couple of other medications & THANKS to him I woke up feeling a lil better this morning. WILLIAM SIMON YOU ROCK! "GOD BLESS YOU" My Angel!

I underwent major colon surgery at HMC 10/18/2016. The surgical team was caring and used the most up to date techniques. I was walking the halls without major pain that evening and discharged in 3 days. Outstanding care 24/7. If you want good care, go there.
